| dc.description | El presente estudio de caso desarrollado en base al estudio de la gestión logística de la Importadora Jorua de la ciudad de Babahoyo, se efectuó en base a los parámetros de la investigación cuantitativa y bajo la sublinea de investigación: “modelo de gestión administrativa. El objetivo de este caso fue: Analizar los procesos logísticos que se ejecutan con el fin de detectar las falencias y deficiencias que se deriven de la gestión logística en la importadora.
Los resultados obtenidos de la investigación fueron los siguientes: deficiencias en el control de los inventarios, no se emplean pronósticos de ventas o también denominado forescasting, falta de un manual de procedimientos logísticos, carencia de un software de gestión contable y logística integral | |
