| dc.description | In recent years, the question of the birth route in pregnancies of women with a history of caesarean section has been a matter of controversy. This debate has mainly been directed towards the relative safety of abdominal birth with respect to the vaginal route in the presence of a uterine scar. In this way, this research will develop a descriptive, observational and comparative study, with the aim of demonstrating what are the advantages and disadvantages between post-cesarean vaginal delivery and iterative cesarean section. According to the study carried out, we worked with 118 women with a history of a previous caesarean section, of which 62 were PVPC and 56 of iterative caesarean section, we compared both groups from different parameters, where we could realize that there is a great advantage of success in women who had their post-cesarean vaginal delivery, thus reducing the complications that arose in patients with iterative caesarean section. | |
| dc.description | En los últimos años ha sido motivo de controversia la interrogante de la vía del nacimiento en embarazos de mujeres con antecedentes de cesárea. Dicho debate se ha dirigido principalmente a la seguridad relativa del nacimiento por vía abdominal con respecto al vaginal en presencia de una cicatriz uterina. De tal manera en esta investigación desarrollará un estudio de enfoque descriptivo, observacional y comparativo, con el objetivo de demostrar cuales son las ventajas y desventajas entre un parto vaginal post cesárea y la cesárea iterativa. De acuerdo, al estudio realizado Se trabajó con 118 mujeres con antecedentes de una cesárea previa, de las cuales 62 fueron PVPC y 56 de cesárea iterativa, comparamos ambos grupos desde distintos parámetros, donde pudimos darnos cuenta que existe una gran ventaja de éxito en mujeres que tuvieron su parto vaginal post cesárea, reduciendo así las complicaciones que se suscitaron en las pacientes de cesárea iterativa. | |
