This case study aimed to present the nursing process of an 18-year-old patient with bilateral ovarian cysts in the gynecology ward of the San Miguel Basic Hospital in San Miguel. To conduct this case study, a diagnostic approach was used using the patient's medical history, as well as the physical examination and medical diagnosis of our patient. Within gynecological diseases, this is one of the most common because some women can develop ovarian cysts at any time in their lives, which can have many different types. The vast majority of ovarian cysts have no symptoms. Ovarian cysts may go unnoticed unless there is a problem causing the cyst to grow or form multiple cysts. About 8% of premenopausal women develop large cysts that require treatment, less often after menopause. Postmenopausal women with ovarian cysts are at increased risk of ovarian cancer. Medical evaluation is needed if you have symptoms such as frequent urination, pelvic pain, or unusual vaginal bleeding. These may indicate the presence of cysts or other serious problems
