dc.description | The objective of this research was to design a marketing plan to promote tourism development in the parish of San Carlos; and in this way contribute to the improvement of the tourism vision of the parish, as well as to promote the growth and socioeconomic development of its inhabitants and the canton in general. It was detected that the San Carlos parish has tourist attractions and activities to be developed as well as sites that are not yet promoted as such but that would contribute significantly to tourism in the sector.
In the marketing plan different strategies and forms of tourism promotion are proposed, which will allow the timely performance for commercial activities to the inhabitants, tending another approach to economic growth, in addition to promoting the parish of San Carlos through the different media established by the results mentioned in the survey which allowed to know the opinions of each of the people surveyed in order to promote timely and effective development of tourism, having a greater scope with the approval of individuals to the parish. | |

dc.description | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el diseño de un plan de marketing para fomentar el desarrollo turístico en la parroquia San Carlos; y de esta manera contribuir a la mejora en la visión turística que se tiene del mismo, a su vez impulsar el crecimiento al desarrollo socioeconómico de sus habitantes y del cantón en general. Se detectó que la parroquia San Carlos cuenta con atractivos y actividades turísticas por desarrollar como también sitios que aún no son potenciados como tal pero que aportarían significativamente al turismo del sector.
En el plan de marketing se proponen diferentes estrategias y formas de promoción turística, lo cual permitirá el desempeño oportuno para las actividades comerciales a los habitantes, tiendo otro enfoque al crecimiento económico, además de lograr promocionar a la parroquia San Carlos a través de los diferentes medios de comunicación establecidos por los resultados mencionados en la encuesta la cual permitió conocer las opiniones de cada una de las personas encuestadas con el propósito de promover el desarrollo oportuno y efectivo al turismo, teniendo un mayor alcance con la aprobación de los individuos a la parroquia. | |
