| dc.description | The present study focused on knowing the problem of interpersonal communication in the teaching and learning process of the online modality towards the boys and girls of the 15 de Noviembre school of the Quevedo canton.
In this way, the objective was oriented to determine the influence of interpersonal communication in the teaching and learning process in line with boys and girls of the 15 de Noviembre school of the Quevedo canton of the year 2020.
The field in which the research was developed is in education and its current situation. To carry out the case study, various methods were applied, which allowed us to analyze and deduce. In addition, the bibliographic reviews, observations of the environment and application of surveys for which the teaching staff of the school was considered.
The teachers of the 15 de Noviembre school in the Quevedo canton show great dissatisfaction and concern with the poor progress shown by their students in relation to previous years, it is extremely difficult to keep them interested in the respective topics. | |

| dc.description | El presente estudio se centró en conocer la problemática de la comunicación interpersonal en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje la modalidad en línea hacia los niños y niñas de la escuela 15 de Noviembre del cantón Quevedo.
De esta manera, el objetivo se orientó a determinar la influencia de la comunicación interpersonal en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la línea con niños y niñas de la escuela 15 de Noviembre del cantón Quevedo del año 2020.
El ámbito en el que se desarrolló la investigación es en la educación y su situación actual. Para la realización del caso de estudio se aplicaron diversos métodos, los cuales permitieron analizar y deducir. Además, de las revisiones bibliográficas, observaciones del entorno y aplicación de encuestas para las cuales se consideró al personal docente de la escuela.
Los docentes de la escuela 15 de Noviembre del cantón Quevedo, muestran gran disconformidad y preocupación con el avance deficiente que muestran sus estudiantes en relación con los años anteriores, es sumamente complicado mantenerlos interesados en los respectivos temas. | |
