| dc.description | El caso clínico estudiado tiene la siguiente estructura: como introducción podemos manifestar que el SARS CoV2 causa una enfermedad llamada COVID-19, que tiene una variedad de síntomas clínicos y es un tipo de neumonía idiopática dentro de las principales características tenemos la insuficiencia respiratoria y la ocupación bronquial, así como otros síntomas clínicos que se presentan en los individuos infectados, nuestro trabajo tiene un sustento teórico con los siguientes temas: Historia de los coronavirus, Descripción y tipos, formas de contagio, vía de transmisión, COVID 19 concepto, clínica, tratamiento, insuficiencia respiratoria, insuficiencia respiratoria en el COVID -19, el objetivo principal de nuestro caso es “Determinar las características clínicas de la insuficiencia respiratoria provocada por SARS Cov 2 en paciente masculino de 65 años”, el cual será confirmado con el estudio de nuestro caso en el capítulo 2 en la metodología del diagnóstico, una vez estudiado el caso podemos manifestar la siguiente conclusión que el estudio radiológico en este problema de salud en estos pacientes es esencial ya que esta es una enfermedad que afecta directamente al sistema respiratorio, y su diagnóstico es más certero. Y que en el Covid 19 la insuficiencia respiratoria es una de los principales y predominante síntoma. | |
