| dc.description | The present investigation deals with an SD WAN Network in data communication services at the Technical University of Babahoyo; in order to maintain a more efficient service, since it is very important for the educational institution, since as technology has advanced most of the current data communication services are not capable of responding to the new connectivity needs of the environments organizational, this causes problems such as: unavailability of essential systems, slow communications, loss of data, among others. To carry out this investigation, the current situation of the institution was determined; Therefore, an SD-WAN Network is proposed, since this technology brings benefits to networks, speeding up and making it more flexible, since it separates from traffic management and transfers this management to software, this allows prioritizing traffic and applications. The investigation is based on all the information that has been collected, so the investigation technique to be used is the interview. In this research compendium, concepts of an SD WAN Network are presented with its characteristics, advantages and benefits that it offers to the data communication service, in addition, the design of an SD WAN Network at the Technical University of Babahoyo is proposed. | |

| dc.description | La presente investigación trata sobre una Red SD WAN en los servicios de comunicación de datos en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo; a fin de mantener un servicio más eficiente, puesto que es muy importante para la institución educativa, ya que conforme ha avanzado la tecnología la mayoría de los servicios de comunicación de datos actuales no son capaces de responder a las nuevas necesidades de conectividad de los entornos organizacionales, esto ocasiona problemas tales como: indisponibilidad de sistemas esenciales, comunicaciones lentas, pérdida de datos, entre otros. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se determinó la situación actual de la institución; por ende, se propone una Red SD-WAN, ya que esta tecnología aporta beneficios a las redes, agilización y flexibilización por cuanto separa la gestión del tráfico y traslada esta gestión a un software, esto permite priorizar el tráfico y las aplicaciones. La investigación está basada en toda la información que se haya recopilado, por lo que la técnica de investigación a utilizar es la entrevista. En el presente compendio investigativo se presentan conceptos de una Red SD WAN con sus características, ventajas y beneficios que ofrece al servicio de comunicación de datos además se propone el diseño de una Red SD WAN en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo. | |
