dc.descriptionThis study is carried out in the “Tenecota” hardware store, whose main activity is the sale of tools, materials and parts for motorcycles, bicycles, an activity that has been carried out since 2003 on Calle Av. 12 de Octubre in the Mata de Cacao Campus, This research analyzes the impact that the distribution of commercial spaces within a warehouse has on customers' purchasing decisions. The results of the research are intended to make business entrepreneurs aware of the importance of making an adequate distribution of commercial spaces. There is evidence of an inadequate distribution of the hangers within the warehouse, this has been an important reason for customers not to find the products they are looking for in a timely manner.

dc.descriptionEl presente estudio es realizado en la Ferretería “Tenecota”, que tiene como actividad principal la venta de herramientas, materiales y piezas para motos bicicletas, actividad que realiza desde el año 2003 en la Calle Av. 12 de octubre del Recinto Mata de Cacao, esta investigación analiza la incidencia que tiene la distribución de los espacios comerciales dentro de un almacén en la decisión de compra de los clientes. Los resultados de la investigación tienen como propósito concientizar a los empresarios del comercio la importancia de realizar una adecuada distribución de espacios comerciales. Se evidencia una inadecuada distribución de las perchas dentro del almacén, esto ha sido un motivo importante para que los clientes no encuentren los productos que buscan de forma oportuna.
