It is known as ectopic or extrauterine pregnancy to the pathology in which the product develops outside the uterine cavity, with the tubarics being the most common (93%) pose a high risk of maternal morbidity and mortality, which must be treated urgently due to the danger of tubal rupture and hemoperitoneum. Its classic symptomatology includes amenorrhea followed by vaginal bleeding that may or may not be accompanied by abdominal pain in the affected place, in addition to the symptoms of gestation, in some cases until it generates syncope or hypovolemic shock. Diagnosis is based on clinical data obtained including results of hematic biometrics, serial concentration of human chorionic gonadotropin, ultrasound and culdocentesis. Treatment will always depend on the patient's clinic, being able to be surgical, medical or expectant depending on the case.
