dc.descriptionThe present clinical case study is about a 35-year-old female patient who went to see her doctor for abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, where through a computed tomography her doctor observed that she had fat in the liver. The nutritional assessment of the patient is carried out through anthropometric, biochemical, nutritional and dietary assessment, in reference to the anthropometric assessment, he presents a weight of 81.8 kg and a height of 163 cm, which reflects in his BMI obesity grade I, he also presents a ICC of 0.90, which indicates that she has a high risk of presenting cardiovascular diseases, in relation to her biochemical values, the patient presents altered liver enzyme TGO: 42.83 U/L, TGP: 76.23 U/L y GGT: 221.40 U/L with a diagnosis of fatty liver In terms of diet, the patient presents an excessive consumption of high-calorie foods. A personalized eating plan of 2000 kcal per day was used, which contains all the food groups and is rich in fiber, healthy fats, proteins and complex carbohydrates in order to help the patient correct her bad eating habits and improve her nutritional condition.

dc.descriptionEl presente estudio de caso clínico se trata de un paciente femenino de 35 años de edad que acudió a consulta con su médico por presentar dolor abdominal, cefalea, mareo. En donde mediante una tomografía computarizada su médico observo que tenía grasa en el hígado. Se realiza la valoración nutricional del paciente mediante la valoración antropométrica, bioquímica, nutricional y dietética, en referencia a la valoración antropométrica presenta un peso de 81.8 kg y talla de 163 cm lo que refleja en su IMC obesidad grado l, también presenta un ICC de 0,90 lo que indica que tiene un riesgo elevado de presentar enfermedades cardiovasculares, en relación a sus valores bioquímicos la paciente presenta alterado las enzimas hepáticas: TGO: 42.83 U/L, TGP: 76.23 U/L y GGT: 221.40 U/L con un diagnóstico de hígado graso, en lo dietético el paciente presenta un consumo excesivo de alimentos altos en calorías. Se recomendó un plan de alimentación personalizado de 2000 kcal al día en donde contenga todos los grupos de alimentos y sea rico en fibra, grasas saludables, proteínas y carbohidratos complejos con el fin de ayudar a la paciente a corregir sus malos hábitos alimenticios y mejorar su estado nutricional.
