| dc.description | The present work is based on citizen participation and the importance that this has within society in general, given that taking the Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Government of Caracol as the basis of study, it seeks to establish the incidence of the participation of social actors in the process of elaboration and approval of the Participatory Budget, the same that must have a direct link with public opinion, to ensure that the correct use of the resources that the public institution can generate for the development of activities is generated. The general objective of the research is to evaluate the way in which citizen participation influences the participatory budget in the GAD Parroquial Rural Caracol. 2022. The applied methodology consists of a descriptive method whose purpose is or that of the researchers describes the phenomenon, the situation, the context and the events. | dc.description | El presente trabajo se basa en la participación ciudadana y la importancia que esta posee dentro de la sociedad en general, dado que tomando como base de estudio al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Caracol se busca establecer la incidencia de la participación de los actores sociales en el proceso de elaboración y aprobación del Presupuesto Participativo, el mismo que debe tener una vinculación directa con la opinión pública, para asegurar que se genere el correcto uso de los recursos que puede generar la institución pública para el desarrollo de actividades. El objetivo general de la investigación consiste en Evaluar la forma en que la participación ciudadana influye en el presupuesto participativo en el GAD Parroquial Rural Caracol. 2022. La metodología aplicada consiste en un método descriptivo que posee como finalidad o de los investigadores describe el fenómeno, la situación, el contexto y los eventos.
