| dc.description | Diversity is a process that includes several aspects that allow visualizing a school for all, where actions are contributed that favor the proper development of inclusive education. A very evident problem in the educational institution is the deficient knowledge that exists about the attention to diversity in the inclusive education of boys and girls in the classrooms. From this perspective, the objective of the study was to design actions and activities to promote the performance of Initial Education teachers in attention to diversity from inclusive education in the Initial Education Center "First Illusions". The research work had a mixed type approach (qualitative and quantitative), it was a descriptive study, since the study variables such as diversity and inclusive education are detailed. The sample of this study was 5 teachers and 60 boys and girls, the sampling applied was non-probabilistic at convenience. The techniques and instruments applied were the survey and the observation sheet in the diagnostic process. In which, a low level of knowledge that teachers have on the subject and their way of applying alternatives to strengthen inclusion in the classroom was evidenced; That is why inclusive development must be strengthened. It is possible to conclude that the inclusive education process is a fundamental part of achieving educational objectives and that, despite the diversity of each of the boys and girls, they must be included in all activities that are carried out inside or outside. of the classrooms | en-US |
| dc.description | La diversidad, es un proceso que incluye varios aspectos que permiten visualizar una escuela para todos, en donde se aporte con acciones que favorezcan el desarrollo adecuado de la educación inclusiva. Una problemática muy evidente en la institución educativa es el deficiente conocimiento que existe sobre la atención a la diversidad en la educación inclusiva de los niños y niñas en las aulas de clases. Desde esta perspectiva, se planteó como objetivo el estudio diseñar acciones y actividades para favorecer el desempeño de los docentes de la Educación Inicial en la atención a la diversidad desde la educación inclusiva en el Centro de Educación Inicial “Primeras Ilusiones”. El trabajo de investigación tuvo un enfoque de tipo mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo), fue un estudio de tipo descriptivo, ya que se detallan las variables de estudio como la diversidad y la educación inclusiva. La muestra de este estudio fue de 5 docentes y 60 niños y niñas, el muestreo aplicado fue de tipo no probabilístico a conveniencia. Las técnicas e instrumentos aplicados fueron la encuesta y la ficha de observación en el proceso diagnóstico. En el cual, se evidenció un bajo nivel de conocimientos que poseen los docentes sobre el tema y su forma de aplicar alternativas para fortalecer la inclusión en las aulas; es por ello, que se debe fortalecer el desarrollo inclusivo. Se logra concluir que el proceso de educación inclusiva es parte fundamental para el alcance de los objetivos educativos y que, a pesar de la diversidad de cada uno de los niños y niñas, se les debe incluir en todas las actividades que se realicen dentro o fuera de las aulas de clases. | es-ES |
