dc.descriptionThe way of teaching is transcendent and students learn differently; innovation promotes a favorable performance in classrooms and contributes to have better efficiency and effectiveness in students. The objective of this study is to analyze the use of interactive media to develop students' emotional intelligence in the educational environment. In terms of methodology, a quantitative, non-experimental and descriptive approach was used. Theoretical, empirical and mathematical or statistical methods were used, which allowed the researchers to approach the object of analysis and collect information directly and accurately. The study sample consisted of 45 students, representing the total population. According to the diagnosis made, it was evidenced that emotional education in educational environments from an early age favors emotional development, learning and, therefore, the academic success of students at all educational levels. It is concluded that to be emotionally competent requires continuous practice, so this type of learning should begin in the first years of life and be present throughout life; the application of a system of activities will develop emotional intelligence in students, improving study habits and obtaining outstanding academic results.en-US
dc.descriptionLa forma de enseñar es transcendente y los estudiantes aprenden diferente; la innovación promueve un desempeño favorable en los salones de clases y contribuye a tener mejor eficiencia y eficacia en los estudiantes. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar el uso de los medios interactivos para desarrollar la inteligencia emocional de los estudiantes en el ámbito educativo. En términos de metodología, se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental y descriptivo. Se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos o estadísticos, que permitieron a los investigadores acercarse al objeto de análisis y recopilar información de manera directa y precisa. La muestra del estudio constó de 45 estudiantes, representando la población total. Según el diagnóstico realizado, se evidenció que la educación emocional en entornos educativos desde temprana edad favorece el desarrollo emocional, el aprendizaje y, por ende, el éxito académico de los estudiantes en todos los niveles educativos. Se concluye que para ser emocionalmente competentes se requiere práctica continua, por lo que este tipo de aprendizaje debe iniciarse en los primeros años de vida y estar presente durante toda la vida; la aplicación de un sistema de actividades desarrollara la inteligencia emocional en los estudiantes mejorando los hábitos de estudios obteniendo resultados académicos sobresalientes.es-ES
