dc.descriptionIn order to determine the practices of ethics and biosafety in the collection of blood samples from pregnant women for the diagnosis of the human immunodeficiency virus with respect to the norms and barriers for prenatal tests of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and management strategies for obstetric and HIV-positive patients, the bibliographic review is applied as a method, which was applied to collect the most relevant information on ethics and biosafety from high-impact academic sources. The results obtained highlight that there is relevant but not very extensive information on the subject, but it is possible to obtain a clear answer to the concern and the need for the investigation and thus its dissemination. The conclusions highlight that workers must be correctly informed about ethics and biosafety techniques in order to identify risk factors in pregnant women and achieve compliance with their duties and in the case of a positive pregnant patient, maintain vigilance to minimize or eliminate the risk. of an accidental contagion. The analysis and publication of standards is recommended to minimize this impact on health personnel and for the safety of pregnant women.  en-US
dc.descriptionCon el fin de determinar los hábitos de práctica de ética y bioseguridad en la toma de muestra sanguínea a gestantes para el diagnóstico del virus de inmunodeficiencia humana con respecto a las normas y barreras destinadas a pruebas prenatales del virus de la inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH) y las estrategias de manejo para pacientes obstétricas y seropositivas para el VIH, se aplica como método la revisión bibliográfica el cual se aplicó para recopilar la información más relevante sobre ética y bioseguridad desde fuentes académicas de alto impacto. Los resultados obtenidos destacan que existe información relevante pero no muy extensa sobre el tema, pero se logra obtener una respuesta clara a la preocupación y la necesidad de la investigación y así ve la difusión de la misma. La conclusión destaca que los trabajadores deben ser correctamente informado sobre técnicas de ética y bioseguridad para lograr identificar factores de riesgo en las mujeres gestantes y lograr el cumplimiento de sus funciones y en caso de un paciente gestante positivo mantener vigilancia para lograr minimizar o eliminar el riesgo de un contagio accidental. Se recomienda el análisis y publicación de normas para lograr minimizar este impacto en el personal de salud y para seguridad de las gestantes.es-ES
