| dc.description | This article was carried out with the objective of analyzing administrative management and human talent in the company La Esmeralda S.A. The methodology used is a mixed approach; Information was collected on the aspects of the two variables mentioned, through interviews with the manager and the person in charge of human talent, as well as a survey of all employees. The mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) was based on primary and secondary analyzes in order to analyze the results. The population was made up of the manager, the person in charge of human talent and the 107 collaborators that make up the company. Among the main findings is that administrative management influences the human talent of the company La Esmeralda S.A. In a positive way, however, it is necessary to optimize aspects that contribute to greater attention in the area of human talent so that collaborators develop a sense of belonging and knowledge can be enhanced, concluding that the aspects to be improved in the company are They must be transformed at the start of activities to optimize the relationship between staff and managers, to improve communication and thus be able to contribute to the development of the company. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la gestión administrativa y el talento humano en la empresa La Esmeralda S.A. La metodología empleada es de enfoque mixto; se realizó la recolección de información sobre los aspectos de las dos variables mencionadas, mediante entrevistas al gerente y al responsable de talento humano, así como una encuesta a todos los empleados. El enfoque mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo) se basó en análisis primarios y secundarios con el fin de analizar los resultados. La población estuvo conformada por el gerente, el responsable de talento humano y los 107 colaboradores que conforman la empresa. Entre los principales hallazgos consta que la gestión administrativa influye en el talento humano de la empresa La Esmeralda S.A. de una forma positiva, sin embargo, es necesario optimizar aspectos que contribuyan a una mayor atención en el área de talento humano para que los colaboradores desarrollen el sentido de pertenencia y puedan potenciar sus conocimientos, concluyendo que, los aspectos a mejorar en la empresa se deben transformar en el inicio de actividades para optimizar la relación entre el personal y los jefes, para mejorar la comunicación y así poder contribuir al desarrollo de la empresa. | es-ES |
