dc.descriptionCurrently, companies have been concerned about adapting to the continuous changes in the globalized world, which is why it is necessary for the organizational climate to be optimal so that people can develop their functions and activities in a better way. Given this, the objective of the research was based on determining the incidence of the organizational climate in the work performance of the collaborators of the supermarkets of the canton of Latacunga. To collect the information, a digital survey was carried out on 80 collaborators from different supermarkets in the city. The applied method had a quantitative approach, since the data obtained through the SPSS statistical software was collected and analyzed. The investigative scope was correlational, since it related the variable work performance and organizational climate. For the investigation, the statistical method was ensured by means of an exploratory factorial analysis and therefore, the hypotheses raised through the Spearman method were verified. Finally, it was concluded that there is a positive confirmation of 77%, between the organizational climate and work performance.en-US
dc.descriptionEn la actualidad, las empresas se han visto preocupadas por la adaptación a los continuos cambios en el mundo globalizado, es por eso que es necesario el clima organizacional sea óptimo para que las personas se desarrollen en sus funciones y actividades de mejor manera. Ante ello, el objetivo de la investigación se basó en determinar la incidencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de los supermercados del cantón de Latacunga. Para levantar la información se realizó una encuesta digital a 80 colaboradores de distintos supermercados de la ciudad. El método aplicado tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, ya que, se recolectó y analizó los datos obtenidos a través del software estadístico SPSS. El alcance investigativo fue correlacional, se relacionó la variable desempeño laboral y clima organizacional. Para la investigación se estableció el método estadístico mediante un análisis factorial exploratorio y, por consiguiente, se procedió a comprobar las hipótesis planteadas a través de método de Spearman. Finalmente, se concluyó que existe una correlación positiva del 77%, entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral.es-ES
