dc.descriptionThroughout time, public opinion has had a huge influence on the administration of justice, and every day the rights of the accused have been violated, violations that border on the absurd. Currently, this phenomenon has worsened with the universal access to social networks that spread the news faster, without discerning whether this information has been verified or not. In this way, the common people have generated a criterion without any knowledge about criminal cases and precisely in relation to that criterion bloody debates are generated in which usually the prosecuted person, without having yet concluded the criminal process, have already been found guilty by the so vulnerable and manipulable public opinion. This article aims in general terms to study the perception of the citizenry with respect to a given process, through which this public opinion influences the operators of justice and their decisions.en-US
dc.descriptionA través del tiempo la opinión pública ha generado garrafales influencias en la administración de justicia, cada día se han violentado los derechos de los procesados, violaciones que rayan en lo absurdo. En la actualidad este fenómeno ha empeorado con el acceso universal a redes sociales que propagan las noticias con mayor rapidez, sin discernir si esta información ha sido constatada o no. De esta forma, el común de las personas ha generado un criterio sin ningún conocimiento sobre los casos penales y justamente en relación con ese criterio se generan cruentos debates en los que por lo general la persona procesada, sin haber concluido aún el proceso penal, ya han sido hallados culpables por la tan vulnerable y manipulable opinión pública. Este artículo pretende de manera general estudiar la percepción de la ciudadanía respecto a un proceso determinado, mediante el cual esta opinión pública influye en los operadores de justicia y sus decisiones.es-ES
