dc.descriptionThe research was directed to the evaluation of the psychosocial risks existing in the work environment of the teaching staff of the Jesús María educational unit, with the purpose of knowing the state of physical, mental and social health that the teachers have at the moment of executing the task. and thus be able to implement preventive measures and continuous improvements that allow them to work in safe and healthy spaces and workplaces. A non-experimental, exploratory, descriptive field investigation was carried out, with a quantitative and transectional approach. The psychosocial risk questionnaire was applied, validated by the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador in 2018, which has 58 items, grouped into eight dimensions. The data obtained in the survey were analyzed with the tool for tabulating data from the same questionnaire. Among its general results, it was evidenced that 13% of those surveyed perceive that there is a low risk, 87% think that the risk is medium, and 0% believe that there is a high risk in the dimensions of workplace harassment and working conditions, considered as high risk by the teaching stratum that works in the Jesus Maia Educational Unit in Ecuador, Manabí province. The result was a methodological strategy for the prevention of psychosocial risks, based on the Ecuadorian regulations of art. 9 of the Ministry of Labor.en-US
dc.descriptionLa investigación se direccionó a la evaluación de los riesgos psicosociales existentes en el ambiente laboral del personal docentes de la unidad educativa Jesús María, con la finalidad de conocer el estado de salud física, mental y social que los docentes tienen al momento de ejecutar la tarea y así poder implementar medidas preventivas y mejoras continuas que les permita laborar en espacios y puestos de trabajo seguros y saludables. Se realizó una investigación de campo, no experimental, exploratoria, descriptiva, con enfoque cuantitativo y de tipo transeccional. Se aplicó el cuestionario de riesgo psicosocial, validado por el ministerio del trabajo de Ecuador año 2018, que tiene 58 ítems, agrupados en ocho dimensiones. Los datos obtenidos en la encuesta se analizaron con la herramienta para la tabulación de datos del mismo cuestionario. Entre sus resultados generales se evidenció que el 13% de los encuestados percibe que existe un riesgo bajo, el 87% piensa que el riesgo es medio, y el 0% cree que existe un riesgo alto en las dimensiones acoso laboral y condiciones del trabajo, consideradas como riesgo alto por parte del estrato docente que labora en la en la Unidad Educativa Jesús María en Ecuador provincia de Manabí. Se tuvo como resultado una estrategia metodológica para la prevención de los riesgos psicosociales, fundamentado en las normativas ecuatorianas del art. 9 del Ministerio de Trabajo.  es-ES
