| dc.description | Emotional intelligence in the educational environment is favorable for a satisfactory academic life for students as well as for all those who are part of it. However, it is complex for those who fulfill the role of teachers since the set of situations they usually face on a daily basis does not allow them to manage their own emotions. Therefore, its main objective was to investigate bibliographic materials on the fundamental role of emotional intelligence in teaching. Therefore, the methodology used was based on the compilation of bibliographic material related to the topic studied, using an explorative and interpretative approach under the type of a documentary-bibliographic research, using techniques such as the collection of information and documentary analysis. In addition, several bibliographic reviews were obtained through search engines on the basis of scientific production, such as: Dialnet, Google academic, Redalyc and Scielo, it should be noted that works from years prior to the mentioned date were taken into consideration, since there is a greater significance for this study. The theoretical results based on emotional intelligence in the teaching work, are framed in the benefit towards the academic excellence of students, since their leading role in the classroom is of utmost importance, since it allows generating a formidable environment full of confidence, in addition to establishing good relationships with those who are part of the educational community. | en-US |
| dc.description | La inteligencia emocional en el ámbito educativo resulta favorable para llevar una vida académica satisfactoria para los estudiantes como para todos quienes la integran. Sin embargo, resulta complejo para quienes cumplen con el rol de docentes ya que el conjunto de situaciones que suelen enfrentar día a día no les permite manejar sus propias emociones. Por ende, su principal objetivo fue indagar materiales bibliográficos en torno al papel fundamental de la inteligencia emocional en la labor docente. Por lo tanto, se llevó una metodología basada en la compilación bibliográfica referente a la temática estudiada, se utilizó el enfoque explorativo e interpretativo bajo el tipo de una investigación documental-bibliográfica, utilizando técnicas como la recopilación de información y análisis documental. Además, se obtuvieron varias revisiones bibliográficas a través de motores de búsqueda sobre la base de la producción científica, como: Dialnet, Google académico, Redalyc y Scielo, cabe indicar que se tomó en consideración trabajos de años anteriores a la fecha mencionada, dado que existe una mayor significancia para este estudio. Los resultados teóricos basados en inteligencia emocional en la labor docente, se encuentran enmarcada en el beneficio hacia la excelencia académica de los estudiantes, dado que su rol protagónico en el aula es de suma importancia, ya que permite generar un ambiente formidable y lleno de confianza, además de establecer buenas relaciones con quienes forman parte de la colectividad educativa. | es-ES |
