| dc.description | The objective of this study is to analyze the psychosocial risk factors that influence the work performance of the teachers at the Superior Institute of Technology of Portoviejo (ITSUP), as well as to identify the incidence of these factors in the administrative and operational personnel. The methodology used is descriptive of cross section, with a theoretical approach. As a tool for research and data collection, the standardized questionnaire for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors designed by the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador was used. The study population was constituted by 40 teachers, which because it was limited, took the total as a sample. For the analysis and interpretation of the data, the Alfa coefficient of Cronbach and Rpearson was applied, which establishes a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of ± 5%. The results obtained showed that the risk is low, which is a significant percentage of the high risk mainly in the dimensions "harassment at the workplace", "recovery", "work conditions" and "double presence of family members at the workplace", results that guide to the search of strategies that help to diminish these risks. | en-US |
| dc.description | El objetivo de este estudio es analizar los factores de riesgo psicosociales que influyen en el desempeño laboral de los docentes del Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Portoviejo (ITSUP), además de identificar la incidencia de estos factores en el personal administrativo y operativo. La metodología utilizada es descriptiva de corte transversal, con un enfoque teórico. Como herramienta para la investigación y toma de datos se hizo uso del cuestionario estandarizado de evaluación de los factores de riesgo psicosociales diseñado por el Ministerio de Trabajo del Ecuador. La población de estudio fue constituida por 40 docentes, que por ser limitado se tomó el total como muestra. Para el análisis e interpretación de los datos se aplicó el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach y Rpearson, en el cual se establece un nivel de confianza del 95% y un margen de error del ± 5%. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron evidenciar que el riesgo es bajo, lo que se representa el 85 % de la muestra, y el 13% en nivel medio. | es-ES |
