dc.descriptionExplaining the impact of ICT on the motivation of the teaching-learning process in students of the Bilingual Intercultural Educational System of Ecuador in times of COVID-19: High school case of the "UECIB Quilloac" period 2022, was the objective of the present investigation in which it was determined that motivation is a personality quality that can be influenced in the inter-learning process. Through a mixed explanatory level approach and the application of a questionnaire to teachers and students, the existence of extrinsic and intrinsic factors that impact motivation is established and that ICT potentiates personalized teaching, generates open and flexible processes, increases communication channels, reduces time and distance barriers, but its use must consider the characteristics of individuals and their contexts. It was concluded that at the level of the Intercultural Bilingual education system of Ecuador there are many factors that must be analyzed to promote education towards modern and technological processes, since due to its location and demographic aspects it presents limitations.en-US
dc.descriptionExplicar el impacto de las TIC en la motivación del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje en estudiantes del Sistema Educativo Intercultural Bilingüe del Ecuador en tiempos de COVID-19: Caso bachillerato de la “UECIB Quilloac” periodo 2022, fue el objetivo de la presente investigación en la cual se determinó que la motivación es una cualidad de la personalidad influenciable en el proceso de interaprendizaje. A través de un enfoque mixto de nivel explicativo y la aplicación de un cuestionario a docentes y estudiantes, se establecen la existencia de factores extrínsecos e intrínsecos que impactan en la motivación y que las TIC potencializan una enseñanza personalizada, genera proceso abiertos y flexibles, incrementa los canales de comunicación, reduce barreras temporales y de distancia, pero que su uso debe considerar las características propias de los individuos y sus contextos. Se concluyó que a nivel del sistema Intercultural Bilingüe de educación del Ecuador existen muchos factores que deben analizarse para fomentar la educación hacia procesos modernos y tecnológicos pues por su localización y aspectos demográficos presenta limitaciones.es-ES
