dc.descriptionThe levels of transaminases affected in Post-Covid 19 patients with comorbidity may be due to different factors that influence the correct functioning of the liver, either by the progression of the infection during the latent stage of the disease or by the administration of drugs against the COVID-19. The objective of this research is to analyze serum concentrations of transaminases in Post-Covid 19 patients with comorbidity in Paján , Manabí Province. For the development of the project, a descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional research was produced and the object was investigated and the relationship between serum concentrations of transaminases in Post-Covid 19 patients was described. Results: It was showed that the values were elevated above the reference value. Being the female sex with greater relevance with 27.8% in TGO and 27.1% in TGP. According to the results obtained, a statistical association was evidenced with the comorbidity Diabetes mellitus and the elevated values in the two liver enzyme tests TGO, TGP due to the fact that the p value >0.05 and a high significance of connections was found by the test of spermatozoonen-US
dc.descriptionLos niveles de transaminasas aumentados en pacientes Post-Covid 19 con comorbilidad se pueden deber a diferentes factores que influyen en el funcionamiento correcto del hígado, ya sea por la progresión de la infección durante la etapa latente de la enfermedad o por la administración de fármacos contra elCOVID-19. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo Analizar concentraciones séricas de transaminasas en pacientes Post-Covid 19 con comorbilidad en el Cantón Paján Provincia de Manabí. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se utilizó un estudio de diseño descriptivo, prospectivo y de corte transversal y se procedió a investigar el objeto de estudio y se describió la relación que existe entre las concentraciones séricas de transaminasas en pacientes Post-Covid 19. Resultados: Se evidencio que los valores se encontraron elevado por encima del valor de referencia. Siendo el sexo femenino con mayor relevancia con un 27,8% en TGO y 27,1% en TGP. Según los resultados obtenidos se evidenció asociación estadística con la conmorbilidad Diabetes mellitus y los valores elevados en las dos pruebas de enzimas hepáticas TGO, TGP debido a que el valor de p >0,05 y se observó una alta significancia de correlación por el test de Spermean entre los diferentes antecedentes patológicos y las concentraciones de ambas transaminasas.es-ES
