dc.descriptionIn the present investigation, fuzzy logic theory was used to establish a model of an expertsystem that helps decision-making in IT management. The results found in the investigationare: generation of an expert system model using the proposed minmax method. Finally, it isconcluded that, with the generated model, it allows us to reduce the number of variables toconsider, according to the level of correlational importance, for a better and correct ITmanagement.en-US
