dc.descriptionCurrently the role that women take within the family is essential. They are usually the baseof the family economy, which puts their intra-family relationships at risk. The San PlácidoParish Fine Aroma Cocoa Producers Corporation supports this group of women by givingthem the opportunity to be part of its team of professionals in charge of generating valueadded products (cocoa paste, chocolates, cocoa delicacies and chocolates) from the cocoabean and, consequently, the possibility of offering them a stable job, training provided bycooperating organizations, which ultimately contribute to their socio-economic andemotional stability. The objective of this work was to identify the role of womenentrepreneurs and their impact within the family nucleus of the group of workers of the FineAroma Cocoa Producers Corporation of the San Plácido parish, Portoviejo canton, year 2022under a qualitative approach. quantitative, and a descriptive methodology which allowed thereview, analysis and collection of information by conducting a survey developed for the 15women who are part of the team of workers of the Corporation which allowed to establishthat , the incorporation of women entrepreneurs has had positive repercussions within thecompany but this affects the family structure.en-US
dc.descriptionActualmente el rol que toman las mujeres dentro de la familia resulta indispensable. Ellassuelen ser la base de la economía familiar, lo que pone en riesgo sus relaciones intrafamiliares. La Corporación de Productores de cacao fino de aroma de la parroquia San Plácido apoya a este grupo de mujeres al brindarles la oportunidad de formar parte de su equipo de profesionales encargados de generar productos de valor agregado (pasta de cacao, chocolates, manjar de cacao y bombones) a partir del grano del cacao y, consecuentemente, la posibilidad de ofrecerles un trabajo estable, capacitaciones brindadas por organizaciones cooperantes, que finalmente, contribuyen a su estabilidad socio-económica y emocional. El objetivo de este trabajo fue identificar el rol de las mujeres emprendedoras y su incidencia dentro del núcleo familiar del grupo de trabajadoras de la Corporación de Productores de Cacao Fino de Aroma de la parroquia San Plácido cantón Portoviejo, año 2022 bajo un enfoque, cuali-cuantitativo y una metodología descriptiva los cuales permitieron la revisión, análisis y recolección de la información mediante la realización de una encuesta desarrolladapara las 15 mujeres que forman parte del equipo de trabajadoras de la Corporación lo que permitió establecer que, la incorporación de la mujer emprendedora ha tenido repercusiones positivas dentro de la empresa pero que esto incide en la estructura familiar.es-ES
