| dc.description | La tesis se ha desarrollado con el fin de brindar aportes significativos respecto
a la transferencia de propiedad inmueble y sus implicancias en la seguridad
jurídica, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de la investigación científica,
instrumento que sirvió para desarrollar aspectos importantes del trabajo, desde
su primer capítulo hasta el último.
El estudio realizó la recopilación de información acerca de diferentes
especialistas con respecto al desarrollo de las variables: propiedad inmueble y
seguridad jurídica; en cuanto al estudio de campo se utilizó la técnica de la
encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario la misma que estuvo conformada
por 14 preguntas que fueron respondidas por los Abogados, quienes dieron sus
diferentes puntos de vista sobre esta problemática, para luego ser llevadas a
gráficos estadísticos, así como sus respectivas interpretaciones; desde luego, las
hipótesis planteadas fueron contrastadas para luego arribar a las conclusiones y
recomendaciones del trabajo.
Finalmente, en la última parte de la tesis concluye con los aportes que se dan
como resultado de la investigación, los mismos que se alcanzaron a plenitud,
facilitando las recomendaciones las cuales se consideran como viables y
practicables; además se añade la amplia bibliografía, así como el anexo
correspondiente. | |
| dc.description | The thesis has been developed in order to provide meaningful input on
the transfer of real property and its implications on security
legal, for which the scientific research methodology was used,
instrument used to develop important aspects of the work, from
its first chapter to the last.
The study conducted gathering information about different
specialists regarding the development of variables: real property and
legal security; as for the field study technique we were used
survey instrument with the same questionnaire consisted
14 questions were answered by lawyers, who gave their
different views on this issue, and then be carried
statistical charts, as well as their respective interpretations; of course, the
hypotheses raised were contrasted and then arrive at conclusions and
Recommendations.
Finally, in the last part of the thesis it concludes with the contributions given

providing recommendations which are considered as viable and
