| dc.description | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las capacidades dinámicas y la gestión sostenible del teletrabajo en la empresa constructora SAKKARA SRL Piura – 2021. El diseño metodológico que se aplicó fue de tipo correlacional descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 28 colaborades de la empresa constructora SAKKARA SRL. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario y la encuesta como técnica de investigación. Finalmente, se determinó como resultados, que existe correlación significativa (0,000), y positiva con un nivel de intensidad alto de (0,709), entre las capacidades dinámicas y la gestión sostenible del teletrabajo. Asimismo, se observó que hay una correlación significativa entre las dimensiones de las capacidades dinámicas y la variable gestión sostenible del teletrabajo. Concluyendo que, ante una notable capacidad de la empresa para integrar, crear y reconfigurar las competencias internas y externas podrán hacer frente a un entorno cambiante generando una buena gestión sostenible del teletrabajo, impulsadas por los avances de las TIC, que motivan a las organizaciones a actualizar sus capacidades para aprovechar las oportunidades que se les presenta en su entorno, creando una ventaja competitiva que les ayude a crecer y mantenerse en el mercado. | |
| dc.description | The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between dynamic capacities and the sustainable management of teleworking in the construction company SAKKARA SRL Piura - 2021. The methodological design that was applied was of a descriptive correlational type with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 28 collaborators of the construction company SAKKARA SRL. For data collection, the questionnaire was used as an instrument and the survey as a research technique. Finally, it was determined as results that there is a significant (0.000), and positive correlation with a high intensity level of (0.709), between the dynamic capacities and the sustainable management of teleworking. Likewise, it was observed that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of dynamic capacities and the variable sustainable management of teleworking. Concluding that, given the remarkable capacity of the company to integrate, create and reconfigure internal and external competencies, they will be able to face a changing environment, generating good sustainable management of teleworking, driven by advances in ICT, which motivate organizations to update their skills to take advantage of the opportunities that are presented to them in their environment, creating a competitive advantage that helps them grow and stay in the market. | |
