| dc.description | The purpose of this report is to determine the consumption of monoclonal antibodies in the Oncological Mixtures Unit of the High Complexity Hospital "Virgen de la Puerta", October 2017 - February 2018. The work consisted of requesting patient records, which are authorized by the Pharmacological Committee of the hospital and the number of prescriptions and total cost of monoclonal antibodies in soles was extracted. The results obtained show that trastuzumab 440mg is the most prescribed monoclonal antibody with 69% compared to rituximab 500mg, rituximab 100mg and cetuximab 100mg. The highest total cost represents trastuzumab 440mg with S / 1,250 830 soles, which represents 80.5% of the total, the monoclonal antibody with the greatest total remnant is trastuzumab with 76% compared to rituximab 500mg with 8%, rituximab 100 mg with 11% and cetuximab 100 mg for 5%; the monoclonal antibody that produces the greatest total savings in the Oncological Mixing Unit is trastuzumab 440mg with S / 251 212.8 soles, which represents 93.9%, while rituximab 500mg with 4.6%. rituximab 100mg represents 0.4% and cetuximab 100mg 1.1%, the monoclonal antibody that will be wasted for reasons of stability or mishandling of the drug the Oncological Mixing Unit is trastuzumab 440mg with 6 ampoules, rituximab 500mg with 4 ampoules, rituximab 100mg with 6 ampoules, as well as cetuximab 100 mg generates a loss of 2 ampoules. | dc.description | El presente informe tiene como objetivo determinar el consumo de anticuerpos monoclonales en la Unidad de Mezclas Oncológicas del Hospital de Alta Complejidad “Virgen de la Puerta”, octubre 2017 - febrero 2018. El trabajo consistió en solicitar los expedientes de pacientes, los cuales son autorizados por el Comité Farmacológico del hospital y se extrajo el número de recetas y costo total de los anticuerpos monoclonales en soles. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el trastuzumab 440mg es el anticuerpo monoclonal más prescrito con un 69% con respecto al rituximab 500mg, rituximab 100mg y cetuximab 100mg. El mayor costo total lo representa el trastuzumab 440mg con S/1,250 830 soles, lo cual representa un 80,5% del total, el anticuerpo monoclonal con mayor remanente total es el trastuzumab con un 76% en comparación con el rituximab 500mg con un 8%, rituximab 100mg con un 11% y el cetuximab 100mg un 5%; el anticuerpo monoclonal que produce un mayor ahorro total en la Unidad de Mezclas Oncológicas es el trastuzumab 440mg con S/251 212.8 soles, lo cual representa un 93,1%, mientras que el rituximab 500mg con un 4,5%. rituximab 100mg representa un 1,2% y el cetuximab 100mg un 1,1%, por otro lado; el anticuerpo monoclonal que se desperdiciaron por motivos de estabilidad o mal manejo del medicamento en la Unidad de Mezclas Oncológicas es el trastuzumab 440mg con 6 ampollas, rituximab 500mg con 4 ampollas, rituximab 100mg con 6 ampollas, así como el cetuximab 100 mg genera una pérdida de 2 ampollas. Así como la pérdida en soles resultó en S/31 401.6, S/9 803.6, S/2 835.6 y S/2 016 soles respectivamente. | |
