This research work is carried out with the objective of determining the situation and incidence of the Municipal Policies; Meeting the needs and demands of Micro and Small Enterprises, to jointly promote local development in the Chocope District. This is in accordance with article 73 of the Organic Law of Municipalities, which is; Provincial and district municipalities are responsible for promoting and promoting the planning process for the integral development corresponding to the scope of their province or district, gathering the priorities proposed in the processes of planning of local development of district character. Promote, permanently, the strategic coordination of comprehensive district development plans. Plans referring to the organization of the physical space and land use emitted by the district municipalities shall be subject to the provincial and district general plans and rules on the subject, establishing the specific functions of the provincial and district municipalities, among them, in With regard to development and local economy, should plan and provide infrastructure for local development. On the other hand is inherent the problem and influence of the knowledge of the obligations and tax benefits of Micro and Small Enterprises in their formalization, their difficulties in this process and the lack of orientation; Which determines their level of education, access to the information with which they counted, and many cumbersome obstacles to their organization and functioning that causes informality in 40% of the Mypes in the city of Chocope.
In that sense, to reach the purpose of the investigation, the descriptive method of application character was used; Using interview techniques, surveys and documentary analysis; Achieving the hypothesis and objectives of research.
The result of the present investigation allowed to conclude that the situation and incidence of the municipal policies for the promotion of the development of the MYPES by the District Municipality of Chocope have been implemented with the objective of generating their local development and the formalization of the MYPES; But it is not enough, since only in 2016 money was destined for S / .30, 000.00 | |

Este trabajo de investigación se realiza con el objetivo de determinar cuál es la situación e incidencia de las Políticas Municipales; atendiendo las necesidades y demandas de las Micro y Pequeñas Empresas, para que en forma conjunta se impulse el desarrollo local en el Distrito de Chocope.
Esto está acorde al artículo 73° de la Ley Orgánica de Municipalidades, cual es; Las municipalidades provinciales y distritales son responsables de promover e impulsar el proceso de planeamiento para el desarrollo integral correspondiente al ámbito de su provincia o distrito, recogiendo las prioridades propuestas en los procesos de planeación de desarrollo local de carácter distrital. Promover, permanentemente la coordinación estratégica de los planes integrales de desarrollo distrital. Los planes referidos a la organización del espacio físico y uso del suelo que emitan las municipalidades distritales deberán sujetarse a los planes y las normas municipales provinciales y distritales generales sobre la materia, estableciéndose las funciones específicas de las municipalidades provinciales y distritales, entre ellas, en lo que se refiere a desarrollo y economía local, debe planificar y dotar de infraestructura para el desarrollo local.
Por otro lado es inherente la problemática e influencia del conocimiento de las obligaciones y beneficios tributarios de las Micro Empresas y Pequeñas Empresas en su formalización, sus dificultades en dicho proceso y la falta de orientación; lo cual determina su grado de educación, el acceso a la información con el que contaron, y muchas trabas engorrosas para su organización y funcionamiento que causa la informalidad en un 40% de las MYPES de la ciudad de Chocope.
En ese sentido para alcanzar el propósito de la investigación se utilizó el método descriptivo de carácter aplicativo; utilizando técnicas de entrevista, encuestas y análisis documentario; lográndose cumplir con la hipótesis y objetivos de investigación planteada.
El Resultado de la presente investigación permitió concluir: Que la situación e incidencia de las políticas municipales para la promoción del desarrollo de las MYPES por parte de la Municipalidad Distrital de Chocope se han implementado con el objetivo de generar su desarrollo local y la formalización de las MYPES; pero no es lo suficiente, ya que solo en el 2016 se destinó recursos dinerarios por S/.30,000.00 | |
