dc.descriptionEl proyecto “Centro gastronómico turístico y cultural”, se emplazará en la provincia constitucional del Callao, por la tradición e historia culinaria que posee, la cual va relacionada con su atractivo portuario. Se podrá divisar como el inicio-cierre de una ruta gastronómica reconocida en la zona monumental. El designio otorga una mejor calidad y experiencia a los visitantes, ya que actualmente no existe un proyecto semejante. Si bien existen muy pocos mercados gastronómicos, ninguno se localiza unificado a una escuela. Los visitantes pueden ingresar a espacios como el restaurante o bar que se encuentran ubicados en niveles superiores, mientras otros pueden deambular por el mercado gastronómico y degustar variados tipos de comida (Costa, Sierra, Selva y fusión), recorriendo el Perú con solo una visita. Asimismo, hay espacios como el salón de usos múltiples o los talleres de práctica, los cuales buscan conseguir la experiencia de cocinar o escuchar una ponencia en un espacio importante. Por otro lado, los estudiantes, hacen uso de la escuela y realizan trabajos-prácticas en la zona del mercado-bar-restaurante. Se propone un diseño arquitectónico integrador a base de arquitectura de orden modular, que mantiene una fachada amable con el entorno, guardando los principios de la arquitectura monumental, mientras su interior, es cubierto por un importante paisajismo que brinda un mayor confort con el usuario. Finalmente, la infraestructura responde de manera eficaz a su uso, esto se debe a que se realizaron investigaciones y análisis a proyectos referenciales, los cuales lo colocarán como el mejor destino culinario del país.
dc.descriptionThe project "Tourist and cultural gastronomic center" will be located in the constitutional province of Callao, due to its culinary tradition and history, which is related to its port attraction. The proposal is to be seen as the end and the beginning of a recognized gastronomic route in the monumental zone. The design provides better quality and experience to visitors since there is currently no such project. Although there are very few gastronomic markets, none are located unified with a school. Visitors can enter spaces such as the restaurant or bar that are located on higher levels, while others can wander through the gastronomic market and taste various types of food (Costa, Sierra, Selva, and fusion), touring Peru with only a visit. Likewise, there are spaces such as the S.U.M or practice workshops that seek to get the experience of cooking or listen to a presentation in an important space. On the other hand, the students make use of the school and carry out practical work in the market-bar-restaurant area. An integrative architectural design based on modular architecture as architecture of order is proposed, which maintains a friendly façade with the context, keeping the principles of monumental architecture, while its interior is covered by important landscaping that provides greater comfort to the user. Finally, the infrastructure responds effectively to its use, this is due to the fact that research and analysis of reference projects were carried out, which will place it as the best culinary destination in the country.
