| dc.description | OBJETIVO: Evaluar si existe asociación entre la dispersión del intervalo QT
corregido con la mortalidad por enfermedad cerebrovascular isquémica, en los
pacientes atendidos en el hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray durante el periodo
Enero de 2013 a Diciembre de 2015.
MATERIAL Y METODO: Se realizó un estudio observacional, transversal,
comparativo, poblacional, en un total de registrados de 171 pacientes, de los que
se seleccionaron 84 pacientes quienes cumplieron con los criterios de selección.
RESULTADOS: En los análisis realizados, el aumento de la dispersión del
intervalo QT corregido de los pacientes con Enfermedad cerebrovascular
isquémica se asoció con la mortalidad de los mismos, con un odds ratio de:
71.111; intervalo de confianza del 95%: 8.113 – 623.322, p = 0,00.
CONCLUSIONES: Existe asociación entre el aumento de la dispersión del
intervalo QT corregido y la mortalidad de los pacientes con enfermedad
cerebrovascular isquémica. | |

corrected range with the ischemic stroke disease mortality, in patients seen at the
Victor Lazarte Echegaray hospital from january 2013 to december 2015.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: it was made an observational, transversal,
