dc.descriptionThe legal profession, sometimes, errs of irrational and immoral. Unfortunately, this irrationality affects both the formulation of the law and the articulation of the jurisprudence. For its part, immorality has been, and continues to be, a recurrent problem for some lawyers, judges and prosecutors. Consequently, the law is devoid of the rational and moral foundations that should govern both its formulation and exercise.en-US
dc.descriptionEl derecho, en ocasiones, peca de irracional y de inmoral. Lamentablemente, esta irracionalidad se encuentra impregnada tanto en la ley como en el jurisprudencia. Por su parte, esta inmoralidad ha sido, y contínua siendo, el pan de cada día para algunos abogados, jueces y fiscales. En consecuencia, el derecho está huerfano de aquellos fundamentos racionales y morales que deben gobernar tanto su formulación como su ejercicio.es-ES
