dc.descriptionThrough this study, the irradiating effectiveness of the principle of constitutional supremacy and the direct and immediate effectiveness of fundamental rights is developed, in the context of the relationships that occur between individuals, which is known as horizontal effectiveness of such rights. The analysis focuses its study both on rehearsing a definition of the figure, as well as on a review of the main sentences adopted by the Constitutional Chamber, in the exercise of its function of protection of fundamental rights, before private subjects.en-US
dc.descriptionA través del presente estudio se desarrolla la eficacia irradiante que posee el principio de supremacía constitucional y el de eficacia directa e inmediata de los derechos fundamentales, en el contexto de las relaciones que se producen entre personas particulares, lo que se conoce como eficacia horizontal de tales derechos. El análisis enfoca su estudio tanto en ensayar una definición de la figura, como en un repaso sobre las principales sentencias adoptadas por la Sala Constitucional, en ejercicio de su función de tutela de los derechos fundamentales, ante sujetos particulares.es-ES
