| dc.description | This article presents a detailed account and analysis on the path that the figure of History of Law has presented in Costa Rica from the nineteenth century to the present day, explaining the various characters, dates, bibliographies, institutions and other circumstances that have been associated to this intellectual matter in general and at the university particularly. In this sense, special emphasis is placed on the explanation of different concepts related to this specific branch of history, as well as on its literary development, all this together with the description of the contexts where the most important works that the most outstanding doctrinal representatives have published on this subject. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo expone un pormenorizado recuento y análisis sobre el derrotero que la figura de la Historia del Derecho ha presentado en Costa Rica desde la centuria decimonónica y hasta la actualidad, explicitando los diversos personajes, fechas, bibliografías, instituciones y demás circunstancias que se han concatenado alrededor de dicha materia intelectiva en general y universitaria en particular. En ese sentido, se hace especial énfasis en la explicación de distintos conceptos afines a dicha rama especifica de la Historia, así como en el desarrollo literario que ha tenido, todo ello unido a la descripción de las contextualizaciones en que se han publicado las más importantes obras al respecto por parte de sus más destacados doctrinarios. | es-ES |
