| dc.description | This paper presents and comments on the topic by relating electronic cards with the crime of usury, through the analysis of three bills submitted to the Congress with regard to:i) Law regulating the market of credit and debit cards, 2008ii) Law for the protection of the rights of users of credit and debit cards, 2010; and,iii) Law against usury, 2017. Additionally, this article introduces and comments on several documents prepared by the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Trade, which are characteristic of this field of analysis. | en-US |

Se analizan y comentan tres proyectos de ley presentados en el Poder Judicial en relación a:i) la ley reguladora del mercado de tarjetas de crédito y débito, del 2008ii) la ley para la protección de los derechos de las personas usuarias de tarjetas de crédito y débito, del 2010 ; y,iii) la ley contra la usura. del 2017.- Asimismo, se presentan y comentan varios documentos elaborados por el Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Comercio , propios de este campo de análisis. | es-ES |
