dc.descriptionThis article contains a detailed analytical review of the first book of the Costa Rican historiography devoted exclusively to a historical theme of international roots, and that is precisely celebrated in 2015 the centenary of its publication since it was edited 1915: Episodios de la Revolución Mexicana. Also it discussed at greatlength the elements that are concatenated and flats during his lifetime Rogelio Fernandez Güell to write the work of appointment, with particular emphasis on the important role that the Costa Rican writer had during the historic first stage of the Revolution Mexicana, which even allowed him to become a personal friend and fellow direct Mexican President Francisco Madero. Coupled with this, a brief summary of the content of the work is done and ends with the story of the tragic fate that befell the lives of Fernandez Madero, which allowed the emergence of a number of parallels between the paths of two charactersen-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo contiene una pormenorizada reseña analítica sobre el primer libro de la historiografía costarricense que se dedicó en exclusiva a un tema histórico de raigambre internacional, y que, precisamente, está celebrando en el año 2015 el primer centenario de su publicación desde que fue editado en 1915: Episodios de la Revolución Mexicana. Asimismo, se expone con gran amplitud los elementos y bemoles que se concatenaron durante la vida de su autor Rogelio Fernández Güell para escribir la obra de cita, haciéndose énfasis especial en el  destacado papel que dicho literato costarricense tuvo durante la primera etapa histórica de la Revolución Mexicana, lo cual, incluso, le permitió convertirse en amigo personal y correligionario directo del Presidente mexicano Francisco Madero. Unido a lo anterior, se realiza un sucinto  resumen del contenido de la obra y se finaliza con la narración del destino trágico que sufrieron las vidas de Fernández y Madero, lo cual permitió el surgimiento de una serie de paralelismos entre los derroteros de ambos personajes.es-ES
