dc.descriptionPure and Mn-doped barium titanate nanofibers were synthesized by the electrospinning method [1,2]. The morphology, microstructure and crystal structure of as-spun and annealed composite nanofibers were characterized by TGA-DSC, SEM, XRD and TEM. The evolution from tetragonal structure in pure BaTiO3 to hexagonal BaTi1-xMnxO3 is observed for x=0.05, 0.10.
