Curso de Agronomia.O presente trabalho teve como objetivo elaborar e analisar a viabilidade econômica de um plano de negócios para a produção de mel de abelhas-sem-ferrão no município de Imbituba, em Santa Catarina. Para tal estudo foram coletados dados primários e secundários. Elaborou-se então um plano de negócios contendo as seguintes etapas: I) Sumário Executivo, II) Descrição da empresa, III) Localização e infraestrutura, IV) Equipe gerencial, V) Produtos e serviços, VI) Análise de mercado, VII ) Plano de marketing, VIII) Análise estratégica e IX) Análise financeira. O investimento inicial para a implantação do projeto foi estimado em R$ 30.196,00, os custos anuais ficaram em torno de R$ 52.243,50 e a receita bruta anual é de R$ 69.720,00. A viabilidade econômica foi analisada pelos indicadores: Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR); o Payback; Valor Presente Líquido (VPL) e a Relação Beneficio/Custo. Também foi realizada a Análise de Sensibilidade para o investimento. Constatou-se que o projeto para implantação de um meliponário em Imbituba é economicamente viável, pois o VPL obtido foi de R$ 52.941,13, a TIR foi de 57%, a relação Benefício/Custo obtida foi 1,20 e o tempo de retorno do investimento para o projeto ficou em 1 ano e 7 meses.This study aimed to elaborate and analyze the economic viability of a business plan for the production of honey bees stingless in the city of Imbituba, Santa Catarina. For this study were collected primary and secondary data. Is elaborated then a business plan containing the following steps: I) Executive Summary II) company description, III) Location and infrastructure, IV) Management Team, V) Products and services, VI) Market Analysis, VII) Plan marketing, VIII) Strategic Analysis and IX) Financial analysis. The initial investment for deployment of the project was estimated at R$ 30.196,00, annual costs were approximately R$ 52.243,50 and the annual gross revenue of R$ 69.720,00. Economic viability was analyzed by indicators Internal Rate of Return (IRR); the Payback; Net Present Value (NPV) and the Benefit/Cost. It also promoted the sensitivity analysis for investment. It was found that the project to implement a meliponary in Imbituba is economically feasible because the NPV obtained was R$ 52.941,13, the IRR was 57%, the Benefit/Cost ratio obtained was 1,20 and the time return on investment for the project was in 1 years and 7 month.
