The demands of the Brazilian judiciary are increasing, and a change in the model of processing is need. Brazilian judiciary is implanting the electronic process, which already allowed the processing of the judicial actions through digital ways, sparing the use of the paper entirely, providing larger agility, safety and economy in the jurisdictional services. For the automation of processes, the electronic process can join the artificial intelligence, for example the use of Case Based Reasoning. This will allow a better use of the Social Network Analysis to discover the social relationships of the involved people, as well to help the judge's decision for the best flow of the processes. The passage of parameters and variables in an electronic way among the systems will facilitate in a lot the work of the operators of the justice, especially, of the judge.
