| dc.description | En este artículo se revisan las principales acciones impulsadas desde 1934 por el Departamento Nacional del Trabajo en relación al trabajo a domicilio, que antecedieron a la sanción de una nueva legislación en 1941. A partir del análisis de fuentes oficiales, se afirma que la agencia estatal desempeñó un rol activo frente a la problemática del trabajo a domicilio dentro de su esfera de competencia, en un sector laboral altamente feminizado. A su vez, este accionar promovió el desarrollo de negociaciones colectivas, en un contexto de creciente visibilidad y movilización de las costureras a domicilio. | |
| dc.description | This article reviews the main actions promoted since 1934 by the National Department of Labor in relation to home work, which preceded the sanction of a new legislation in 1941. From the analysis of official sources, it is stated that, within its sphere of competence, the state agency played an active role in dealing with the problem of home work, in a highly feminized labor sector. In turn, this action promoted the development of collective negotiations in a context of growing visibility and mobilization of home seamstresses. | |
