| dc.description | This paper presents a proposed model of knowledge management for research institutions, technological development and innovation (RD&I). It is believed that this type of institution of knowledge management should be undertaken under the project and the processes of research. Admits that it is during the search for solution of problems which these institutions must resolve that it is possible to create conditions to identify, organize, disseminate and manage the knowledge they produce. The proposed model incorporates several elements that make up the organizational universe and serves both to enhance the creation of new knowledge and technological innovation, and to promote individual learning, collective and organizational. | |
