dc.description | El objetivo del proyecto consiste en la instalación de un generador solar térmico de tipo Fresnel para la producción de vapor para usos industriales y/o generación eléctrica. La metodología usa el diseño, construcción y ensayo de un prototipo del generador. El equipo está constituido por cuatro módulos de ocho espejos cada uno, con una superficie total de 174 m² y cinco absorbedores. Grupos de cuatro espejos giran controlados por una computadora. Los absorbedores de seis metros colocador siete metros de altura vaporizan el agua s y una bomba de alta presión inyecta agua. A la salida se conecta un motor reciprocante de vapor de doce Kw de potencia y se coloca un acumulador con trece toneladas de hormigón. La salida de vapor del motor o del concentrador se conecta con un intercambiador condensador a un secador. El generador ha sido terminado recientemente y su ensayo se está comenzando. | |
dc.description | The project objective is the installation of a solar thermal generator of the ftresnel type for steam production to be used in idustrial applications and electrical generation. The used methodology is the design, construction and testing of a generator prototype. The built equipment includes the following elements: four modules with eight mirrors each with a total 174 m² mirror surface and five absorbers. Each set of 4 sequential mirrors turn controlled by a central computer. The absorbers are 6 meters long and vaporize the water running along pipes by solar radiation. They have been installed seven meters above ground floor. A high pressure pump moves the water along the pipes. The produced steam is connected to a steam recirocating engine producing a 12 kw electrical power. A concrete 13 ton storage that can be heated by the steam is also installed to store the heat used at night. Finally a heat exchanger is used to heat a drier or condense the unused steam. The generator has been finished recently and its testing is being performed. | |
