| dc.description | Este proyecto de investigación está en consonancia con el Proyecto Institucional de la Facultad de Psicología de la UNLP. Recientemente, esta unidad académica ha creado la Tecnicatura en Acompañamiento Terapéutico y dio inicio al dictado de las primeras asignaturas en la ciudad de Chivilcoy. Nos moviliza el interés por conocer los recorridos formativos y las trayectorias laborales por las que han atravesado aquellos que hoy ejercen el Acompañamiento Terapéutico (AT).Nos proponemos como objetivos indagar en los proyectos ocupacionales que han configurado y cómo ellos se articulan con sus acciones cotidianas o planificaciones; reconocer las particularidades que conllevan el desarrollo de su tarea y los saberes y habilidades requeridas para lograr un adecuado desempeño. Analizar las propuestas curriculares de diversos ámbitos de formación, con el fin de evaluar si constituyen un aporte al posterior ejercicio profesional del AT. Por otro lado, es innegable el aporte que supone la experticia adquirida en el ejercicio cotidiano del Acompañamiento Terapéutico. Por tal razón, reconocer las particularidades de las distintas trayectorias laborales nos permitirá estimar la significación de la experiencia en los A.T. entrevistados. Estimamos que los datos que podamos obtener, aportarán elementos en base a los cuales pensar las estrategias didácticas e institucionales a ser impulsadas por la Facultad. | |
| dc.description | This research project is aligned with the Institutional Project of the Faculty of Psychology of the UNLP. Recently, this academic unit has created the Technique in Therapeutic Accompaniment (TA) and began the dictation of the first subjects in the city of Chivilcoy. We are interested in knowing the formative routes and work paths that those who exercise the Therapeutic Accompaniment have gone through. We propose as objectives to investigate the occupational projects that they have been configured and how they are articulated with their daily actions or schedules. It is important to recognize the particularities involved in the development of their task and the knowledge and skills required to achieve adequate performance. We have analyzed the curricular proposals of various fields of training, in order to assess how they are a contribution to the subsequent professional practice of therapeutic companions (TO). On the other hand, the contribution made by the expert acquired in the daily exercise of therapeutic support is undeniable. For this reason, recognizing the particularities of the different career paths will allow us to estimate the significance of the experience from TO who will be interview. We believe that the data obtain will provide elements to think the didactic and institutional strategies promoted by the Faculty. | |
