| dc.description | La Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible, aprobada por la ONU en 2015, formula 17 objetivos y 169 metas que se presentan como una declaración de política general a escala mundial. El trabajo explica el significado y los objetivos de la Agenda, centrándose en el objetivo 11 (ciudades resilientes y sostenibles) y en su recepción y desarrollo posterior en la Nueva Agenda Urbana, aprobada por Naciones Unidas en 2016, así como en la Agenda Urbana de la Unión Europea y en la española. El trabajo concluye con unas reflexiones sobre el significado del concepto de desarrollo sostenible como principio jurídico. | |
| dc.description | The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by the United Nations in 2015, formulates 17 objectives and 169 targets, which are presented as a global general policy statement. This paper explains the meaning and objectives of the Agenda, focusing on Objective 11 (resilient and sustainable cities), as well as its reception and subsequent development in the New Urban Agenda, adopted by the United Nations in 2016, the Urban Agenda of the European Union and the spanish Agenda. The study concludes with reflections on the concept of sustainable development as a legal principle. | |
