dc.descriptionThe mean amplitudes of vibration of ICl2−, IBr2−, BrCl2− and ClF2− have been calculated, from known spectroscopic data, in the temperature range between O° and 1000°K. Also generalized mean-square amplitudes and values for the Bastiansen—Morino shrinkage effect are reported. The results are briefly discussed.
