| dc.description | El presente artículo pretende analizar la influencia del segundo círculo concéntrico teorizado por Milensky (de carácter burocrático) sobre el proceso decisorio gubernamental, para la formulación de la política exterior del gobierno de Cambiemos. Para ello consideraremos tanto la relación de la administración con el cuerpo diplomático, así como con los actores económicos principales. Pretenderemos, mediante el estudio del proceso decisorio, determinar cómo han sido las relaciones con ambos grupos, así como los acuerdos y disidencias a los que se haya llegado en relación a los mismos. Asimismo, se buscará principalmente establecer si estos han tenido injerencia en la formulación de la política exterior de dicha administración. | |
| dc.description | This article aims to analyze the influence of the second concentric circle theorized by Milensky (bureaucratic) on the governmental decision-making process, for the formulation of the foreign policy of the Cambiemos government. For this we will consider both the administration's relationship with the diplomatic corps, as well as with the main economic actors.
We intend, through the study of the decision process, to determine how the relations with both groups have been, as well as the agreements and dissidents that have been reached in relation to them. Likewise, it will be mainly sought to establish whether they have had interference in the formulation of the foreign policy of said administration. | |
