| dc.description | El objetivo es realizar un análisis de los diseños tecnológico–constructivos implementados en las viviendas de interés social del NEA, para poder proponer soluciones superadoras en futuros emprendimientos. Como Unidades de Análisis se consideraron tipologías de viviendas implementadas masivamente en las provincias de Corrientes y Chaco a través de planes nacionales, desde el año 1970 a la fecha. Se verificó que el software “ECOTECT versión 5.20”, posibilita estudiar el comportamiento dinámico térmico–energético, a nivel espacial de las viviendas, procesando en poco tiempo gran volumen de información, y que por la naturaleza visual de regeneración del cálculo resulta muy útil en fases iniciales del proyecto. Se detectaron deficiencias higrotérmico - constructivas en el parque habitacional de interés social del NEA, que además de producir <i>disconfort</i> sobre los usuarios, ocasionan un consumo excesivo de electricidad por la incorporación de equipos electromecánicos para generar las condiciones interiores de habitabilidad mínimas necesarias. | |
| dc.description | The objective is to make an analysis of the technological-constructive designs implemented in the social houses of the NEA, to propose improved solutions in future developments. As Units of Analysis they were considered types of houses massively implemented in the counties of Corrientes and Chaco through the national plans, from the year 1970 to the date. It is verified that, by means of the software "ECOTECT version 5.20", it was possible to study the thermal-energy dynamic behavior, at space level of the houses, processing in a limited period of time a great volume of information, and that for the visual nature of regeneration of the calculation it is very useful in initial stages of the project. Hygrothermal - constructive deficiencies were detected in the residence park of social interest of the NEA that besides producing disconfort on the users, they cause an excessive consumption of electric power for the incorporation of electromechanical HVAC units to generate the minimum necessary habitability interior conditions.
