| dc.description | The world is going through a time of great change leading to a general feeling of uncertainty. It seems that the international situation is resisting all the models that used to explain it. Such scenario has affected the European and Ibero-American integration processes, both within and between the regions, and continues to do so. This article consists of three sections: the first one tackles integration as dynamic and as a project, the second one develops the integration processes in Europe and Ibero-America, and the last one discusses the central global issues which have an impact on various regions. | |
