dc.descriptionThe hermeneutical-documentary methodology will allow observing the development of contemporary international relations, the impact of the conflict on the performance of diplomacy, and the relationship thatmay exist between reality and the theoretical positions that shape Latin American international relations. We will focus our analysis on trying to answer the following research questions: 1.- How can diplomacy defendregional democracy, beyond declarations, and become an external arm of democracy? 2.- What should be the response of the Latin American nations against regimes that violate Human Rights, promoters of thedictatorship and endanger international peace and security?en-US
dc.descriptionLa metodología hermenéutica-documental, permitirá observar el desarrollo de las relaciones internacionales contemporáneas, el impacto del conflicto en el desempeño de la diplomacia y, la relación que pueda existir entre la realidad y las posiciones teóricas que dan forma a las relaciones internacionales latinoamericanas. enfocaremos nuestro análisis en intentar dar respuesta a las siguientes preguntas de investigación: 1.- ¿Cómo puede la diplomacia defender a la democracia regional, más allá de las declaraciones y constituirse en un brazo exterior de la democracia? 2.- ¿Cuál debe ser la respuesta de las naciones latinoamericanas contra regímenes violatorios de los Derechos Humanos, promotores de la dictadura y que pongan en peligro la paz y seguridad internacionales?.es-ES
