dc.descriptionThis article shares findings on experiences, meanings and professional experiences of research professors from the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala who challenge access, permanence and promotion for the system and researchers (SNI, ESDEPED, PRODEP). Based on a feminist methodology, a biographical method was chosen through life stories. Co-structured interviews systematized in biograms were carried into through in-depth interviews. The findings include institutional aspects such as job stability, personal situations and support networks when trying to reconcile family life and research out to chronologically outline their lives. Critical incidents were delved.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo comparte hallazgos sobre experiencias, significaciones y vivencias de profesoras investigadoras de la Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala que desafían el acceso, la permanencia y la promoción en los Sistemas de Evaluación (SNI, ESDEPED, PRODEP). Se fundamenta en una metodología feminista, se optó por un método biográfico a través de historias de vida. Se realizaron entrevistas coestructuradas sistematizadas en biogramas para esquematizar cronológicamente sus vidas. Se profundizó en incidentes críticos mediante entrevistas a profundidad. En los hallazgos se encuentran aspectos institucionales como la estabilidad laboral, situaciones personales y redes de apoyo cuando se intenta conciliar la vida familiar y de investigación.es-ES
