dc.descriptionThe study analyzed the perception of the soft skills of the students of the Technological University el Retoño. The non-parametric MANOVA test of ranges was used, where it was obtained that the masculine gender is perceived as having more soft skills than the feminine. The interactions of the Motivation construct were the most significant since they showed the existence of differences in soft skills in gender. Finally, in administrative training careers, there is a higher selfperception of soft skills than in technological careers.en-US
dc.descriptionEl estudio analizó la percepción de las habilidades blandas de los alumnos de la Universidad Tecnológica el Retoño. Se utilizó la prueba no paramétrica MANOVA de rangos, donde se obtuvo que el género masculino se percibe con más habilidades blandas que el femenino. Las interacciones del constructo Motivación fueron las más significativas, ya que mostraron la existencia de diferencias en las habilidades blandas en el género. Por último, en las carreras de formación administrativa se tiene una autopercepción de las habilidades blandas más alta que en las carreras tecnológicas.es-ES
